1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SpeedWhat, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use SpeedWhat on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to these terms.
2. The service
SpeedWhat is a platform that lets businesses connect their systems and online stores to WhatsApp to send notifications, run campaigns and automate replies, through a dashboard and an API with webhooks. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the WhatsApp numbers you connect. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use SpeedWhat lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Send spam, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you where consent is required.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful content.
- Try to bypass limits, probe or disrupt the service, or interfere with other users.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.
5. WhatsApp and third parties
WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner and is mentioned only to describe compatibility. You are responsible for following WhatsApp's own terms and policies when you use SpeedWhat. Anti-ban protection reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a number will never be restricted.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Your data
You keep ownership of the content and data you send through SpeedWhat. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put the service or other users at risk, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers and liability
SpeedWhat is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in advance, and continuing to use SpeedWhat means you accept the updated terms. Questions about these terms?
